The hotel's location is great, near to Greece, the center of Kamari and the beautiful island up. Kamari Beach district is worth seeing. I have stayed in the king room with ac and balcony. The breakfast offers lots of fresh fruit and pastries.

It was a wonderful stay on vacation, recommend this hotel. Clean, small family run venue, I truly enjoyed spotless and updated rooms and pleasant staff. As for me, the location was marvellous, not far from beach, restaurants and bars.

We did not want to leave there and would stay here again. We had the double room which was freshly renovated with a lovely balcony. The location was perfect and magnificent, near restaurants and bars, it's a plus.

Location: the hotel was very close to as well as the bus stop to explore the rest of the island and the capital, Fira and popular. The staff was really good and pleasant with local information.

The hotel provided a cozy and comfortable stay with clean rooms and a lovely pool area. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. The location was convenient, situated close to the beachfront and within walking distance to various dining options. the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of delicious food to start our day.

There were a few downsides to our experience. The number of loungers by the pool was sometimes insufficient for all guests, leading to a shortage of comfortable seating.

Location, people, athmosfire, climate and hole Kamri were excellents!We`ll be back and tell everyone Hippocampus is excellent choice for holiday hotel!

We enjoyed the Hippocampus Hotel tremendously! Staff was superb. The hotel is a perfect place to stay in Santorini. It is close to the beach and a great value for money. It has comfortable rooms with great showers, a very nice pool and beautiful landscaping. It was relaxing. The beach and a parking lot are nearby, about one block away. Our flight left at night and we were asked if we wanted to keep one room until then. So we all were able to get cleaned up after a great afternoon at the beach. We've stayed in Santorini before and finally found the hotel to return to.

Well-maintained place, helpful staff, private pool, clean rooms. Perfect location near bars, restaurants, and bus stop. Great stay, highly recommended.

The family and staff running this hotel were very freindly and really wanted to make sure their guests were having a good holiday. Nothing was too much trouble and we were constantly asked if everything was ok. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was because of previous customer reviews on the beds. These were very comfortable unlike many of the wooden back breakers we have experienced over the years we have travelled to greece. The room especially the bathroom was very modern and cleaned every day. The pool area was well designed and tranquil.

The only thing we did not like was the traffic noise especially from the many small motorbikes passing all hours of the day. The hotel is located on the main through road across from a large car park. If the windows were left open at night the noise from the bikes went on until the early hours of the morning, Having said this the hotel had installed brand new double glazed doors leading out to the balcony and had excellent air conditioning which was included in the price of the room.

I love that the hotel was so clean and budget friendly! It was also only a five minute walk to the beach. Front desk staff were also very friendly and always ready to help :)
